  • Would not recommend for tires of you need replacements. They do not have the correct equipment. I also scheduled an appointment and it took almost three hours to install tires. I also had my oil changed on a previous visit. My other car is supposed to use synthetic. I don't even know why I came back. I guess I thought I could save money. Even with a coupon, it cost more than the dealership. Pepboys is a big scam. If you own an old rusted out car and need parts, this place is for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Jack, Manny, and Moe...you should be ashamed.
