  • It takes me forever to find a great dental practice and I have been looking for one since moving to Vegas 3 years ago. I haven't been to a dentist in over a year since my last experience was horrible. Hi-Tech Dental happens to be in walking distance from my office and I cracked a molar and they were able to get me in THE SAME DAY that I called them. My experience was absolutely great, a staff who cares and only treats what is absolutely needed. I required a crown on the tooth that broke and it was extremely difficult to reach and work on. I came in at 3pm and had to leave by 5pm and they worked miracles to get it done that same day. Later that same day, the doctor actually called me to make sure things went well, they clearly care about their patient and quality of service. The doctors and staff are exceptional at what they do and it shows. The atmosphere from the lobby to the chair is very professional and they use the latest in technology to make it a great experience. They even have hi tech massage chairs in the waiting room and encourage you to use them! They do an excellent job explaining procedures and pricing based on insurance and work with you to come up with the best plan possible within your budget. I was surprised to hear them tell me that I can wait for some of the procedures in my plan as they are not urgent. That is truly refreshing to hear. I plan on making appointments for my three daughters, looks like I found the family a great dental office!
