| - Walk out of class like a newborn gazelle? Check.
Pure Barre is the most addicting workout. Once you begin seeing results, which is in only 5-10 classes, (depending on how hard you work) it's hard not to get hooked. I have taken 13 classes so far and see definition in my triceps and core. I took my first Pure Barre class a few months back and hated it. Now I have a membership. Go figure.
The instructors are great and take the time to get to know you and remember your name. They keep you motivated during the intense workout with "Great form, *insert name here*" and "You're stronger than you think, *insert name here* ". I don't know about you, but when I'm awkwardly tucking and my legs are shaking uncontrollably, that little compliment makes me feel like a pro!
Owners, Michelle and Cassi, are friendly, welcoming and crazy good instructors. Great variety of class times offered. Early morning (5:45) to evening (7:00). The studio is brand new, clean, and located in a quiet corner of the busy Sprouts/Target shopping center (close to the Carl's Jr).
First timers get a discount on an unlimited month of classes! Bring socks (grippy socks preferred) wear capris/leggings, a form fitting top, and a smile. :)
Try it, you'll be surprised how heavy 2 lb weights really are and how long 10 seconds really is... Happy tucking!
