The first time I came here I left satisfied with my treatment but not how they handle pricing. What is listed on their menu is incorrect ie it lists $40-35 for something and when asked about it they mention it's wrong (its common to see a smaller number first). However, I sucked it up and paid the number they made up at the cashier because I was happy with my nails and I liked the amount of options they had for colors. However, the powder dip they use that's supposedly organic costs significantly more than gel and lasts 1/2 as long, it chipped off nearly a week later. I ended up coming back here today to get a gel pedicure and gel polish change. They have the gel polish change clearly listed at $25 and the pedicure listed at $27. I paid $5 extra for a callus removal and $5 to have the previous powder taken off my nails. I was informed that for my hands even though I'm paying an additional $25 for my toes, it's $30 for a gel polish change (no manicure "but they may do cuticle removal depending on the technician"). While I was getting my nails done I noticed she was doing more than what I expected about half way though (I was busy on my phone). I overheard that a full set (acrylic) is $50. When I was done and got to the counter I was charged $55 for the pedicure (fine) and an additional $45 for my nails. When I said something to her (spoke about what I wanted to someone different) about how their communication was wrong and it should have been $35 for the gel and $55 for the pedicure she made a huge deal about it. The gentleman confirmed he said $35 plus removal ($5). I gave in and paid the $100 (ten dollar difference) but man, I will never be back here again. Not only do they have the wrong pricing and they get you at the end (first visit) they also lie to you or pretend they didn't know when you clearly said something ten times. This was not how I would have liked to spend $100 and not how I anticipated my afternoon going. Nail salons should be relaxing happy places. On a side note, everyone who walked in the door for an appointment waited a solid 15-20 minutes and were complaining about that too and two people came into get their nails fixed after having problems. The business owner really needs to get this place in check. It may be a prime location, but it's not prime service.
