Well it is busy there this time of the year. The day I was there I had a couple issues similar to the ones others have written about.
However, before leaving after my initial visit, I asked to speak to a manager. After speaking to her, less than a half hour later to my surprise, I got a call from the doc I had seen earlier. Then, later that evening, I got a call from the Director of Optical Services.
They worked hard to convince me that they did value me as a customer and they apologized for what I had perceived during my visit.
I'm definitely giving them a second chance after seeing how hard they were willing to work to make sure I understood everything that had been going on and that I was satisfied with my experience.
