  • Staff is friendly but gym equipment is outdated and in disrepair, not cool 24 Hour Fitness, get it together please. I've complained on numerous occasions over the last year, about the elliptical phone jacks not working on any of the machines that have TV and nothing has ever been done about it. I can't imagine something as simple as this not being in the budget, especially when you've known about it for a year.
