  • No "Lovers or Losers" show tickets and not told ahead of trip to Las Vegas that the show was "on vacation". Check in took nearly 3 hours. Fees not shared ahead of time. Wouldn't accept cash until I finally got Manager's approval. "Free" third night was charged to my card for $68 and hotel fees are only about $20 per night! I have already had my bank return the fees. Three phone calls to "Karen" at 800-315-2065 Ext. 6015 went unanswered. Will also advise the radio station that I won the "FREE" trip on of Casablanca's shady tactics. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Was told in presentation that the company is on the East Coast. According to Google, they're in California and just didn't answer TLC's (on site managing agent) Manager for problems with another couple and then us! Scam artists, at their best! Everyone said they couldn't help us. Another number given was 702-938-2900, and 1-800-315-2065 Ext. 7924. Unacceptable business tactics!!!!
