  • Rob, with City Wide was fantastic! I woke-up the other morning and found a little water around the base of the hot water heater and knew that my 10 year old water heater had finally failed. Luckily I caught it before it made too big of a mess! I initially called one of the big plumbing, heating and air companies in the valley and scheduled an appointment. While I was waiting for the appointment, a coworker told me about City Wide. So when the other company showed up and gave me a quote that shocked me, I called City Wide. Stacy gave me a quote over the phone that was well below what the other company quoted. I scheduled it, and Rob arrived in a few hours with my new hot water heater. He installed it quickly and professionally without trying to up-sell me on a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. He took away my old water heater and I paid exactly what was quoted. Rob was professional and friendly, I will call City Wide and ask for Rob the next time I have a plumbing problem. Thank you Rob and City Wide!
