  • My barber, Juan, gave me a terrific cut and was easy to converse with. Additionally, the place itself is very nice and upscale. My only gripe is the customer service that I received at the front desk. I work in a hotel/casino and the Front Desk/Receptionist has to offer superior service far greater than anyone else in the building upon the initial greeting, because it can set the tone for the entire visit. While I am sure no one else cares about this the way I might; it is however, the reason I did not give this place (5) stars.
