Father passed over two years ago, trust process is still going on. I know it's a complicated matter but my sister has dealt with most of it and has been extremely stressed. I went to their nice office to sign papers and i received a nice check from the trust fund. However, the financial guy was not available, even though he was in the building. No one else could answer my questions. I left them my number, but I'm still waiting for a call back. Now i have a large beneficiary check, but unsure on the specifics to creating a new trust account and how to cash it out. It would be nice to of received a little financial guidance but i ask that is now offered in this firm.
Update: 5/20 - the bank told me that they should of given me more specific instructions and that i should see another lawyer. Wonderful....
Update 5/24 - ok well i went to Fidelity and they straightened it out for me. This just has been stressful, i wish Morris Hall just gave me some direction and it didn't take so long.
