  • I've been back to Snow Meets Coffee kind of a lot. Don't judge. Aw heck. Judge if you must. I don't care. I'm officially hooked. I'm loving their bubble teas. Unlike some other places on campus, their bubble tea is not overly sweet or thick. It's JUST RIGHT. :) I've loved all the flavors I've tried: honeydew, mango, Thai, and lavender. Oh lavender bubble tea. You cure all that is wrong with the world. Next time I'm trying the milk bubble tea--rumor has it that it is a nice floral flavor. I also had the opportunity to try to Taro snow. OMG. Amazing. A little coconut and some chewy mochi with a drizzle of condensed milk? Nummy nummy! Taro ice cream is just the right level of sweetness and it's PURPLE!
