  • The company has friendly employees and an easy process. If you have to sell your house asap or are in danger of losing your house, I can see their process working for you. If your house is worth more money, expect to get a terrible offer. Ours was 10% under comps (the exact same house) before they took off another 12% for the "open door experience". Good luck dealing with them. It may be the right option for you, for us it clearly wasn't.
