  • After a nasty incident with Dr. Day's office in Phoenix, I decided to go elsewhere for my oral surgery. My friend recommended Dr. Salb who works out of several Perfect Teeth locations around the Valley. Dr. Salb was able to take me the next day at the Peoria location. Everyone was super nice and accommodating from the ladies at the front desk to the hygienist, dental assistant and Dr. Salb himself. The office is located in a strip mall in Peoria/Sun City. I got stuck in construction traffic on my way to the appointment and called to let them know i was running late. They said no problem, they were aware of the construction and not to sweat it. When I arrived I was greeted by a very nice woman who, while proficiently juggling me, the phone, two other patients and paperwork, was able to thoroughly explain to me what was needed what would happen and next steps -- all with a comforting smile. I was understandably nervous, as i knew I was going to have a tooth pulled. The woman at the front desk calmed me and was super sweet with me and the other patients while I filled out my paperwork. Then the dental assistant had me come back and did a pano xray of my jaw for the doc. He was super nice (I think his name was Nick or Tony) and the machine made this cool musical song while it scanned me. Fun! Then I was escorted to a consultation room where I first met Dr. Salb in person. He was super nice, knowledgeable, consultative and we had a real conversation about what was going on, what my options were and what to expect. Dr. alb is a real pro and has an excellent manner. The extraction was simple, fast and not nearly as spooky as I'd expected. The doctor gave me extra Novocaine, although I probably didn't need it. He knew & understood that I was nervous about the potential pain and comforted me. He told me again what to expect over the coming days and made sure all my questions were answered. An hour or so after walking in -- I was walking out of the place, gauze pads and printed instructions in hand, with the well wishes of the staff. The doctor provides his personal cell phone number with the printed instructions which I think shows sincere dedication to his patients, as well as absolute professionalism. My recovery has been as expected and I know I have a safety net with the doctor and the staff at Perfect Teeth should anything go wrong. These folks have taken what could have been a harrowing experience and made it ore than bearable for me. I highly recommend Perfect Teeth and Dr. Salb for any dental surgery needs!
