Loud and Crowded. That's how I'd sum up our visit last night. Granted it was a Saturday night so you would expect a good size crowd. What we didn't expect was our order taking about an hour. I'm going to give them a little bit of a pass here because it was clear the kitchen was short staffed.
We arrived at 7:00 and asked for a table to get a quick bite before our show at Amo's. We were told there was a wait because the kitchen was backed up. We should have left and tried another venue but stayed and took our chances. The hostess ended up scratching us off the list because she said "she couldn't find us" but once we got that straight we were seated and ordered our food. Two of us did not order, the other two ordered the Steak Salad.
Soon as we ordered the music went off and the basketball game came on. Cool, I thought, we get to watch a great rivalry game. But did the volume have to be on 11?? We could not hear each other and could not have any kind of conversation. We sat there staring at the screen and each other unable to communicate.
Our food arrived about an hour after we ordered and the Steak Salads were of really good quality, so I felt it was worth the wait but with all the other issuse that night, it may be a while before I go back. I'll keep you posted with a follow up if and when I do.
