| - Will not stay here again and regretting my decision to give them a second stay. The hotel is nice enough and centrally located near medical facilities and the highways, making it easy to get started for a day of play in Phoenix. Suites are a bit older (no smells), roomy, nice layout, free WiFi and the second room a bonus, however staff could be better. Also what they claim to be a hot tub or jacuzzi or whatever the counter rep wanted to tell it was (or didn't want to tell me it was) certainly never has any hot water.
I had called to confirm that there would be hot water in their hot tub as there hadn't been any on my last visit and despite the hotel rep telling me yes, it was in working condition, their idea of working condition is air temp water that was green. It was more of a mini kiddie pool. No hot water. Slightly annoyed. And when I questioned staff there was a debate on whether it was a small kiddie pool or a broken hot tub, neither of which ever has hot water and it would take 4 days to fix. Would not give me discount as I already had a low rate ($125 not so cheap for that part of town) and the staff member who attendee the breakfast bar did not know what else to do. Said would call a few people and let me know; the only thing that did happen was my keys were deactivated.
It is the false advertising, especially when asked, that upsets me. And I was not alone in my complaint. My neighbor staying in room 104 shared the same complaint; she had also called to confirm hot water in the jacuzzi, hot tub, spa or whatever it is they did not to say it was suppose to be.
