| - I'm sorry, the workers were very nice, but the service coordination of this place is lacking (a lot). I booked the rental through Kayak and they have them listed as Economy car rental. When I arrived to the shuttle pickup area, I wanted over 1.5 hrs for the shuttle to pick me up. Mind I tell you it was 99-103 degrees out in Las Vegas. I called 1 hr into the wait. A young lady picked up and said she will be there to pick me up in 15 mins after she finishes with a customer. So I wait 30 mins and call again. She arrives about 45 mins later. We arrive to the car rental. There are people waiting outside, she opens the shop with the key. Now this was the same as the rental drop off. The girl that picked up the phone when another customer called about the shuttle service said to the customer, "The shuttle will be there in 10 minutes..." This was while she was checking me out and then had to also check out the customer after me. I thought to myself, "OMG, that was what the other girl did all the times I called."
So basically there is only 1 person running the show--shuttle service, front desk, managing the store, getting the rental, basically everything. I don't think that's a functional business management. Plus my car rental reeked of cigarette smoke. I have never inhaled as much second hand smoke from being in a car rental until this Las Vegas trip.
I don't have a problem with the employees, because I honestly think they bust their tooshes trying to do it all. I just have a problem how the business is ran and how it effects the customers.
