  • My daughter, grandson and I have been coming here since they opened. The service used to be great. It has steadily been going downhill. I thought I would give it another chance today first thing in the morning should be great. The girl who did my pedi was absolutely horrible. I was to receive a deluxe pedi. First the spa water was Luke warm at best, then she did a crap job with the cuticles. I noticed as she put the paraffin bag on she never even did my callouses , I asked her to do them she said yeah. I even reached down and showed her. She then quickly scrubbed with sugar which comes before Paraffin normally, that was not even rinsed well my legs had sugar on them when I got home. I quickly got a rub down with cold stones and then cold towels were placed on my legs not wrapped. The were very cold wet towels due to it made me chilled. She then did a fine job painting. In between my nails she had to repair a ladies that was in earlier. As she checked me out she charged me the $45 then wanted a tip. I said no I didn't feel she gave me adequate services that I paid for. She the threw my card at me crumpled up receipt and called me cheap in front of everyone. I guess I'll take cheap and they lost about $200 per month between my family. That's not counting the friends my daughter takes with her occasionally. I posted pics of my not so smooth heals after my $45 pedi and I'm heading out of the country for 6 weeks like this. :(
