  • My first time here. Came her while on a work trip after seeing all the great reviews and I'm glad I did. Its a very nice, clean, well organized buffet located on the second floor of the Cosmopolitan hotel. I came around 12:00pm for their brunch buffet and it was $29 with tax, which I felt was justified for what I got. Here's what enjoyed. 1st plate: Food of the orient. Fried rice was surprisingly very good and light, such was juicy and tasty, bone marrow was very good, crispy orange chicken with white rice was too crispy and chewy, chicken wing was very dry. 2nd plate: Breakfast off champions: some scrambled eggs (dry, tasteless, didn't eat then)that I got before I noticed the omelette bar, a customize your own omelette (give the super friendly, super nice omelette chef a raise, not only did she make it really good and fast but she is very welcoming) with a variety of items to choose from making just about the best omelette I've ever had, a sweet tasty sausage, bacon was much to greasy, and an Egg Benedict which looked very good and the egg was cooked perfectly but the hollandaise sauce was really lacking flavor. 3rd plate: A plate of bowls: Beet salad which was very tasty and flavorful (I could eat a small bowl of it), caprese salad was very good(I was surprised to taste that the mozzarella was as fresh as it was), baked Mac and cheese was damn good(not to feeling, just the right portion, very cheesy with a bit of a spice kick), fried chicken wings, lightly breaded, not to greasy and juicy (these wings put the restaurants that specialize in wings to shame). By far my favorite plate of just pure simple goodness. I could've eaten two of everything. 4th plate: The fish that got away: Not much of a sushi selection. Spicy tuna roll, a bit of a spicy but not much tuna flavor more of cold rice, ebi or shrimp was actually fresh and good. 5th plate: Sweet, sweet pain in my teeth: Peach cobbler was decent but I wish it was warmer and sweeter, chocolate bunt cake was moist and very good, chocolate/banana mousse was beyond good(just enough banana flavor and sweetness), creme filled chocolate cone was very good and not too sweet, orange/white chocolate dome was a citrus flavor shock and my favorite dessert. The service was also very good, I was seated quickly, my drink was always full and dirty plates taken away quickly.
