  • Charlotte has a lot of good bike shops. BikeSource has always been good for me in terms of advice and service. Today, I wanted to upgrade to a new road bike and get some clip bike shoes. They did an outstanding job. I had a set budget and after everything was added up (bike, clip shoes, pedals that fit), the total was about $100 under the high end of my budget (which initially was just for the bike. The salesman didn't try to pressure me. He figured out right away what I wanted and gave me multiple options within my budget for each item I bought. They've done a good job with advice on parts and small repair work in the past and they exceeded my already high expectations for the new bike I purchased today.
