  • The staff seems to be friendly, but not very knowledgeable beyond basic checking and savings accounts that they're product pushing! Also this branch is nasty! Just because a branch is located in a lower income community, does not permit the bank to have a dirty unorganized bank! I also bank at the summerlin location which is the complete opposite, they're organized, well mannered, clean and very knowledgeable! But that location is also is a higher income area. Wells Fargo does a great job of investing into CRA communities in the public eye, but their branches say otherwise! What they portray in the media and ad campaigns and what they consistently do are polar opposites. Takes some of that money that you invest into publicizing your CRA investments and start running adequate branches in lower income communities on a consistent basis!
