I literally have been driving past this place for years at this point. I never really know where to park, though I have always been intrigued by the apparent valet parking sign right in front of the restaurant. Anyway, I moved into the neighborhood and decided to give it a try.
The waitress was a little new and was a little hesitant with my gluten free status. Whatever it was fine. I ended up ordering a bison burger on a gluten free bun with cucumber and smoked cheddar with a side of coleslaw. First let me say the side of coleslaw was enormous and looked amazing. As for the bison burger... well the burger itself was a bit bland and a bit dry. That being said the added toppings on the burger and the gluten free bun made everything much better.
Also, there is an upstairs and it is worth it. The view is pretty good and it is nice and breezy. Overall, the waiters are nice and the food ok. I will, however, agree that if you want an excellent burger maybe try Burgatory. BRGR is really about the location and atmosphere.
