Terrible customer service. Recently I've been having to deal with the new management company, Firstservice residential. I paid my bill which they cashed but yet I'm still receiving letters saying that they haven't received payment. Now I'm having to do all the footwork to prove I paid my bill and they cashed it. I've been dealing with their billing department, the rep I've been dealing with has yet to contact me via phone and only by email. Why has there screw up become my issue that I have to sort out for them. I wish our community would have stayed with our previous management company because so far Firstservice has been nothing but a headache.
