  • I decided to come here because it was only about three minutes from my house, but now I have many more reasons why I would come back here for my haircuts! I made an appointment online (which is super easy and convenient), and my appointment was confirmed within a few hours. The day of my appointment I also received a text message reminder. I arrived 20 minutes earlier than my appointment start time, but they were extremely accommodating and my stylist, Paula, was coincidentally available to take me earlier. I was sat down in the waiting area for a few minutes with a cup of lemony water, before I was taken to the main room. The room itself was clean, brightly lit and very spacious. I liked how the hair washing station is behind a curtain, for privacy and also to create a cozy ambience. I was treated to a quick complimentary scalp massage with nice-smelling oils, and I even had a complimentary hand massage while Paula was washing my hair. The cut itself went really really well. I showed Paula a few pictures, vaguely described what I wanted (I honestly did not know how to describe the cut, besides "lots of layers i think??"), but she did a AWESOME job with my hair! Paula was very patient with me, and is also an extremely wonderful person. I would highly highly recommend her!! Overall, I received great service, came out loving my new haircut, plus this location can't be beat!
