| - While living in Vegas for 6 years, I always recommend this place to visitors. Yes-it's not at the best hotel (the hole in the wall Stratosphere) and furthest away from the strip (North end), but for the price and atmosphere, it's great for any occasion or celebration. I have taken my family, friends and planned a bachelorette dinner here. Brunch prices are $9-$22 and dinner prices are $30-$50, drinks are $15. The prices are reasonable and the quality food is excellent. The restaurant revolves 360 degrees, if you get motion sickness, request to dine away from the window. Great place to enjoy the city views, take pictures, and enjoy good food without breaking your bank. Reservations are recommended. We get a lot of wind/dust in Vegas, so make sure you go when it's not windy, the dust will just ruin the views. Also with your reservations, you can go to the observatory deck and go outside (where the rides are) and take pictures.
If you don't want to pay the high dinner prices, go to brunch. It will be under $30 per person. I actually enjoy dinng here during the day as you can see more of the strip and the whole city of Las Vegas. You can even see the people walking below you on the strip (they look like ants, hehe!)
