  • I was referred to Dr. Hemant Pandey. I can't tell you my experience with him, because unfortunately this office never scheduled me with him despite me trying to use my referral with him. They said it would be "easier" for them to schedule me with a different doctor so I began seeing Dr. Paul MacDonald despite me trying to get an appointment with Dr. Pandey. Things weren't great from the start, as I never felt he listened to my concerns or took them seriously. There was a disconnect. However, one appointment isn't going to change things overnight so I followed through with my next couple of appointments. This last appointment, he again did not listen to my concerns but decided to make a medication change I was not comfortable with. When I called the office, I was extremely upset. The receptionist was immediately rude and condescending explaining the medication change which made me more annoyed. Unfortunately I did not get her name, and she offered no solutions to my problem. She did not ask if I wanted the doctor to call me, to speak to a MA/PA, for my follow up appointment to be moved up, anything of that nature.
