  • I honestly don't know why I tried this place again..... The first time the food was awful with stale bits, but that was a while ago. I went to the Urban Eatery Mucho Burrito to get something to eat before I headed home from work for the day, and, while the food was decent (though their peppers could be cut smaller...) the service was HORRIBLE. This was such an awkward, slow and frustrating encounter. Honestly a smile can go a long way. The girl spoke so quietly I had to ask her to repeat herself every time. She just slapped food around and then put it on the tray. She then decided to talk to her coworker before deciding to help my husband, and he didn't get any better service. I'm not sure if every Mucho Burrito is like this... But I don't think I will visit any of them again.
