  • This company. I've had ONE good tech come out, but that's it. The day of install was a day of false alarms, police showing up at my door days later with false alarms, all sorts of fun. The idiot who came to install obviously screwed things up. I was promised that I wouldn't get any fines from the city because of the false alarms, but guess what? I did. Of course. AND, to boot, ADT doesn't even take care of that. You have to pay it yourself, then submit all of the paperwork to be APPROVED for a refund. That's right folks. ADT screws up, then the customer has to be approved to be refunded for their mistakes. What a joke. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!
