  • I went to this branch to change my name. The lady who helped me was extremely abrasive and rushed through the process. In doing so, she made a mistake on their end and I was sent multiple bank cards with my old name. I called the branch to try to get them to fix it, and they had no solutions. Terrible customer service, complete lack of intelligence for solving problems. I was so frustrated with them I closed my account.
