  • They are running this place with additional staff to ensure a smooth opening. The brisket is loaded with good balanced flavor, hush puppies are cooked to order as far as I can tell. They gave me two options for the brisket cut. Never has a BBQ asked me that. Staff is friendly and looking to ensure a pleasant experience. Bottled beer is on the menu for those 12 ounce curls some of us enjoy.
