I was very pleased with my first visit for oil change service today! I was welcomed quickly upon arrival at my appointment time, which I had made online. Jeff was my service tech and he did a great job keeping me informed. About 15 minutes after I sat down, Jeff came in to let me know there was a recall on my vehicle and asked me if I wanted the repair done today. It took a little extra time but I was glad I wouldn't have to make another appointment. Dwayne was a nice salesman who let me check out some of the brand new corvettes and other new models while I was waiting. Thanks, Dwayne!
The waiting area was spacious and comfortable and the restrooms were clean. Free wifi, Starbucks coffee, bottled water, fruit and donuts were available for customers to enjoy. I also liked the large wall of windows that allowed you to watch your vehicle being serviced. At checkout, Jeff went over all the charges with zero pressure for additional work. My car was returned clean as a whistle, they even vacuumed!
I'm happy to have found a new home for my Chevy Equinox service!
