  • Pros: 2 starts for availability and pricing We had 4 rooms and a large area rug cleaned for under $200. Not only that but when I called on a Thursday they got me right in for the next Monday. Cons: my carpets were crunchy and didn't smell fresh after they had dried. The area rug smelled like urine cat urine after it dried (we don't own a cat and the rug has never been peed on...) we had to cover the rug in arm and hammer baking soda for 12 hours to help remove the smell. It's expensive and I didn't want to just throw it away....
