  • I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Yu for my daughter after reading the reviews. The facility is easy to get to, the staff in the waiting area is very helpful and friendly, the staff who show you to your room are also very friendly and helpful. My daughter needed x-rays and the X-ray tech was polite and respectful with her. Dr. Yu went over the x-rays with us, explained everything, answered all questions, and made himself available for any questions we might have after the appointment. Our insurance doesn't require referral for what we needed to do as a follow up but the check out staff took the time (even running after hours) to look up the physical therapy locations our insurance covered that were close to our house and wrote two separate referrals for two separate locations just to make it easier on us. We liked them so much that I decided to get an old injury looked at again that I have let go for way too long. Once again everyone was great and Dr. Yu explained all my options and what the reality of those options are. I wish they did general practice as well because we would come here for everything! Thank you guys for an amazing experience and making these difficult situations less stressful.
