  • This place is a joke!!! Just went in here with my friend and her sister and ordered water with the intention of ordering food. Immediately we got carded. My friends sister is 15 years old but my friend is her legal guardian. I asked "why do we need and ID when we are just ordering food and water". She says that's the rules. I said I've been here many times and never carded when eating and ordering food. She said well to bad that's the rules and I can grab a manager of you would like. I said yes please. She sent someone over named Mark. He didn't introduce himself as the manager but said what's the problem. We explained and he said that the rule. We said we understand that but we are ordering a water. He said that's the rule. I said you know I've been here several times and have inconsistent service. I don't understand why ordering a water props a waitress to ask for an id. He said that rule. I asked why is it when I go to Applebee's I can order food and a water and not get carded. Why can I go to Philly's down the street and do the same thing with out getting carded. He said of you don't like it then you can leave. I said I've had several issues with this place and have written bad reviews and corrected them because management has fixed the problem. But this is ridiculous. He said then why do you keep coming back if it's that bad. I said because it wasn't managements fault it was the staff but this time it's management which means that this place is dysfunctional on all levels. We walked out angry and upset and with no resolution. I believe most restaurants would have handled this much differently. I prefer to give them my business and money. Also forgot to add It was 6:30pm when we went in not 9 where I would understand being carded.
