  • My boyfriend and I came here for pedicures since our usual place was booked for the entire day. The technicians were really sweet and pleasant and we enjoyed talking with them during our services. Here are the reasons why I'm giving this place a less than positive rating: Both my boyfriend and I experienced some intense burning during our pedicures - I think is was the callus remover the spa uses and the lack of rinsing their hands off after applying it to calluses. I walked away with some visible blisters from the burns on top of my foot. I've gotten pedicures for years and have never experienced this. The tools they were using seemed to just be lying around... There was a lot of, "where is this/that?" "Can I borrow your tool really quick?" Price. You are paying a premium price for a sub par service. I think my boyfriend said we paid $76 for the both of us... If you are looking for a place to get a pedicure, go to LV Nails. CC (which is near to Ritual) is pretty good too. Now to find some burn ointment for my foot...
