  • Poor professionalism, very rude, can't accept they messed up! Didn't have dry cleaning ready when it was scheduled, this happen 3x. Was a customer full over a year, spent over $700 in the 2015. We took in 3 suits on a Monday and was told it'd be ready on Thursday, went in on Thursday and was told to come back on Friday, returned Friday and still not ready. I asked for my dry cleaning back and asked to speak to a manager, was told management wasnt on property and they gave me a number to call. I called the number while on location and heard the phone ringing at the location we were at! Why give me a number a nd tell me to call if they knew management wasnt there! I heard an employee in the back say "Wrinkle his clothes before you give it her." It's sad they don't care about their returning customers. Definitely don't recommend this place!
