Seeing the many good reviews I guess I am the unlucky one here. I paid for a tube replacement and they gave me a tube with a 32mm valve. The problem with such a short valve is that I cannot pump air with a bike pump. I took it to the bike again to the store and they told me that the valve is too short and that's the problem. They assumed I did it somewhere else. I told them it was their store, but it seems they had selective hearing.
The only positive is they did pump air into the bike at no charge and asked me to keep pumping air into the tire so that the valve doesn't disappear into the rim. I believe the right thing to do was to offer a replacement tube or at least replace it at a discount.
Finally for a job that does not take too long I had to come the next day to pick my bike, but now I know better and shops like Cyclemania does such jobs within 30 minutes.
