  • My dentist since I was a kid retired a few years ago. He was honest, caring,conservative, and just an outright good guy. I didn't know what a great dentist I had until I started searching for a new one. I tried 3 different offices which 2 told me I needed thousands in dental work, and boy did I get a sales pitch with videos and brochures. One of the hygienists wanted thousands to do a deep cleaning! The third dentist was in my opinion more honest, his treatment plan was less than $200, and seemed about right. However he was far from my house. A friend recommended a dentist closer to my house and I made an appt. with Dr. Nielson and he's great!! His treatment plan I felt was right in line with the other conservative estimate I had. The dental assistants call me by name, and truly make me feel welcome. I think Christine my hygienist does a fantastic job!! Never have I felt like I was receiving a sales pitch, they seem to truly care about my health, not how much dental work they can squeeze into my mouth. I hope my old dentist has a great retirement, he deserves it! Thankfully I'm very happy with my new dentist.
