  • was told to ask for "billy" but dealt with "doug reynolds" tried to push a ford off on me with scratches, dings, high miles and worn out seats talked down to me about my credit, job and how i couldnt get any more money acted as if i was stupid, putting words in my mouth about what i wanted vs what I told them dealerships like to prey on those who they think are naive. ask questions and if something doesn't feel right, then it's not.
