We went to the buffet later than the crowds so the nice part was that it wasn't crowded at all. I paid at a kiosk which got me out of the short line that was there. One thing I did not like about that was paying for the tip prior to receiving any service.
We were seated then looked over the buffet. Everything you'd want was there. Prime rib, Mexican, Asian, seafood, salad bar and desserts.
All the items I tried were good but not great. There was nothing so fabulous that I wanted to go back for seconds. I tried several items from each section but overall it was just okay. For example, the potstickers were as expected but the rice dough was slightly too thick and they had been sitting awhile.
The desserts were really good and small portions so you could try a couple without overeating, perfect. My son loved the soft serve. It was very good.
Our waitress was very slow. We sat there ten minutes past when I wanted to leave just to get an iced tea. I had nothing to drink in the hotel room so really needed the tea. Oh well, it gave me time to watch this tiny Cross Fit girl shovel three huge plates of food into her tiny person...quite a show!
