  • This was my first time establishing a relationship with a vet, and I could not possibly be happier. The staff, all of them, are incredibly warm and patient. They listen and hear you out. We "adopted" an abandoned kitten and became increasingly concerned about her health. We took up VCA on their first vet visit exam free, and boy am I glad we did. This was our kitten's first experience with someone other than us and she put up a good attitude but, they put up with her, and she came out with a clean bill of health. They took their time with us and after hearing our concerns about finances even offered a free flea/tick/heartworm med. Now, our kitten is happy, healthy and we are equally as happy knowing that she is has been checked out.
