I've seen videos on Facebook of rolled Thai ice cream and now I found out that there's rolled ice cream in Pittsburgh. I decided to give this place a try. The decor is pretty laid back. The atmosphere is friendly. It's so much fun watching the workers make your ice cream in front of you. They have a really cool menu as well.
You pick an item from the menu that you like and the workers pick the ingredients and add to the pan and start crushing the ingredients and then they add the cream that becomes ice cream right before your eyes. Then it's rolled up and put in a cup and you can add toppings like m&ms or mangoes etc. the ice cream itself was good too; Not too sweet. I dislike when some ice cream shops make their ice creams too sweet. I got the monkey business which has a vanilla base with Nutella and banana. It was really good. I would recommend trying that one first Overall just the experience of watching your ice cream become solid from a cup of liquid cream is enticing enough to go try for yourself.
