  • As with other posters, I have never gotten a call back from this company, although I have used them in the past. The receptionist always says you will get a call later in the day. This is every time I call. I have used their company in the past for patio cover repairs. They're too small to handle catastrophes but what's worse is that they won't honesty tell you that they can't. They just keep on promising to call. I called Scott Roofing & got an appointment 2 days later.
