Property owners changed but nothing has changed. This management team is still the same and as inefficient as ever. The recycling trash vendor was changed but the old bin sat for three and 1/2 weeks overflowing and nothing was done. I asked one of the maintenance workers and his reply was" yes, we know. There is one on the other side of the complex too." I asked him if he could notify someone and he actually said "no'. 10 days later I had to pitch a fit again. I had to notify maintenance officially, the property manager, and finally call Greystar Properties. The only personal response I got was a notice on my door telling me they would not renew my lease. How do you spell RETALIATION? These people are reputable and will not maintain the property unless you push the point. THIS IS NORMAL STANDARD MAINTENANCE AT OUR HOMES, FOLKS. Please skip this complex and this management company. Check out the management company at Arizona Better Business Bureau for only ONE STAR. Shameful!!!
