  • Seriously irritated today. Went to my normal location and as usual the drive through takes way longer than it should. Today I requested a kids hot chocolate with no whip extra hot. I got my drink drove away and inspected it and it was only 3/4th the way full and it had whip. Yesterday I got a hot green tea and asked for a tall but got a grande and was charged for a grande. This location is going down hill. Time to try a new location. #disappointed
