  • I am so unhappy with their service and the AC unit we purchased. We bought a high end Lenox unit 9 months ago. It has broken 2 times which resulted in 2 service calls. 2 window times which bob brown service men were over an hour late out of their own window times. Here I sit again for the maintenance service call 12-2 window and it is now 2:30 and still no call to say they are on their way. I can't tell you how dissatisfied I am. We paid $$$$ for the unit. I would never go through them or buy a Lenox again.
