  • Let me tell you much crap I have to put up with since I've MOVED OUT IN AUGUST 2016. I lived here 2 years. Problem on top of problem but because it was so locally convenient to everything, I didn't bother looking for another place. But after my lease has been over since August, my keys were turned in.... not one word. No phone call. Nothing. Fast forward to January 2017... I check my credit score... low and behold, they put me in collections for $367 through a 3rd party agency. Quantum something or another. I immediately called riverbend. The nice girl who answered the phone told me she would have to call corporate to find out and someone would get in touch with me. A few days go by... NOTHING.. so I called back. The same girl tells me that her manager has to submit a request to corporate to have it removed from my credit report. I asked her also to let corporate know that I would like a copy of the letter they are sending to the collection agency that I don't owe any money. She said yes. So I'm waiting on the letter and for this crap to fall off my credit. By the way, I still couldn't get an answer to where that $367 was coming from, why it was applied to me, and why I haven't received any notification of it. Until I see them doing what they need to do to fix this, they get 1 star... and I will be reporting to the BBB if by the end of January this isn't fixed.
