  • The cleaning was good but they got a little over zealous with repairs I didn't ask for. I took my wool winter coat here to be cleaned this spring. Over the winter the top two buttons had fallen off but I had kept them and was going to repair it myself after I had it cleaned. I guess they thought they had lost the top buttons in cleaning. When I picked up the coat, they had taken the smaller buttons off the sleeves and sewn them to the front of the coat. The woman at the cash pointed it out to me. Now I had to remove the mismatched buttons and resew them to my sleeve before I could get my regular buttons back on the front. The intention was good, but it just made more work for me.
