  • The only reason this place gets any stars is because Liz Richey is the ONLY PROFESSIONAL on property. She's kind & caring and gets the job done still not satisfied with my over all stay at Crystal Creek though. Lived there for a year with countless issues. And the management and employee turn over rate is ridiculous. They do not accomplish anything and their customer service sucks. Like I said above Liz Richie was the only professional manger on property. Not to mention after almost a year of not living at Crystal Creek any more I get a call from a Dept Collection Agency. Saying I did NOT pay my closing fees. I kept all my copies and receipts for this reason exactly. Crystal creek is so freaking sketchy and so black mail type that I knew this would happen. And when I called to speak to a manager they said no one was available when I know she's there. I see her car out front. Sooooo not okay with this place and if I suggest to anyone. Front of house employees are worthless and you won't get anything accomplished through them. Spend your extra Penny's else where. The cheap price is sooooo not worth the bull shit you deal with even after a year of not living there. DO NOT RENT FROM CRYSTAL CREEK!
