  • I recently just moved here and thought I would save ya'll some time. So bring the following: 1. North Carolina license 2. North Carolina Insurance, because they don't take out of state insurance. no matter how fancy it is. 3. Emission test done. (bring the paper) 4. Car title. 5. Cash. Even if you pay using credit or debit card, you still need to pay a little cash. they have an ATM there but I don't know how much they charge to use it. I been there a few times because I didn't have the right insurance, and other times lines are crazy long but I finally luck out and there was no line on my 4th visit. I live close by so I try every other day.
