  • This morning a parent was being extremely rude to the GM, Lisa at PDCA & the lady was yelling and was demanding they see her child. Lisa was not rude and told her if they had a cx appointment that they could see him but until then they couldn't see him so she was extremely rude in front of other parents & kids. Lisa handled this very professionally and diffused the situation as quickly as she could. 6 Stars for amazing service & professionalism. #TeamLisa
